What to Bring:
Description: This one day course will provide valuable safety information to better prepare you for work in a utility environment. Discussions on general safety in substations, PPE, confined space safety, lockout / tagout procedures, shock hazards and protective grounding, low voltage control / source voltage safety, Mobile equipment and other topics relative to substation safety. This course will leave you with a general understanding but is not sufficient for full compliance. Additional hands-on training will be needed to be fully compliant.
